Cramped and Outdated to Spacious and Modern!

We were tasked with opening the the cramped kitchen space and creating a welcoming open space for daily cooking and entertainment. We created a full 3D model of the home in order to explore ideas, the final model is shown in pictures below.

• Removal of walls & full ‘gut’ to the studs

• Custom cabinetry with 2-tone effect

• Generous size under-mount sink

• Custom lighting including under and over cabinet lights

• All new staircase and railing

• Added new door to the new deck

• New gas fireplace w/ stone surround and hand chiseled blue-stone mantle

• Significant insulation upgrades
